I've been reading the book 'The Screwtape Letters' by C.S. Lewis and I've been wondering about demons. Do they fight like in Frank Peretti's book, 'This Present Darkness', or do they wander around attached to people trying to get us to do wrong? We can't see them of course, but maybe we need to wonder where they hang out. I mean if you want to convert someone to a certain belief don't hang around where you know people already believe that, go out to where you can change people who don't believe the same as you. Wouldn't the same be true for demons? Why wouldn't they hang out in a Tim Hortons so that people who go in after Church won't talk about what the pastor preached about?
Distraction seems to be one of their best tactics and so wouldn't it be likly that they are in the common places where Christians hang out...?

Lets say they are hanging out in Tim Hortons waiting for you to come and talk about what church was all about, why can't we see them, for who they are? Like ....coundn't they be the person sitting at the table next to us, just wanting for a good to come in. Or are they the person handing you your food.
Can we even see them? Or are they just flouting in the air wait for something? But if they are just flouting in the air waiting, what are they waiting for? And why us?
There are lots of other people that might be easy to get to than us God loving, churchy people.

It only takes 1 deg. of distraction to get us way off base. The longer we stay distracted the farther we are off the base line. Beware of the little distractiions, that seem so harmless.
